Owner
Daniel built Gurfinkel & Partners after years in tech sales for Akkio, a Boston-based AI startup. He leads fulfillment at the firm, working directly with every client through the engagement. The work is done by him and the team, not by a portal.

Nicholas Azzarto
Co-Founder
Nicholas brings a real estate operator's instincts to the firm. Before co-founding Gurfinkel & Partners, he ran rental property investments and worked as a real estate agent in Providence, Rhode Island. He leads sales and is the first conversation most prospective clients have with the firm.

Leo Berlingieri
Co-Founder
Leo studied accounting and worked in tech sales while in school before co-founding Gurfinkel & Partners. He leads marketing and operations, building the systems that let the firm work with a limited number of clients each year without losing the level of attention each engagement requires.

Kim Landrum
Client Success Manager
Kim brings ten years of operational experience across real estate, finance, and online business, including managing a team of thirty and overseeing a division that generated more than $40M in revenue. Inside the firm, she is the connection point between the work and the client.
